1 About of middle cut tinfish.
2 Approximately of pilchards in tomato sauce.
3 About of med onion chopped.
4 Take of green pepper chopped.
5 Approximately of jeera seeds.
6 You need of masala.
7 Take of kashmir masala.
8 You need of garlic and ginger.
9 Take of dhanya and jeera powder.
10 Prepare of finely chopped green chillies.

12 About of Handfull Chopped fresh mint.

Tinfish Samoosa Filling cooking guidances

Step 1 Clean the tins of fish and keep aside.
Step 2 Fry the onion with peppers and jeera seeds till soft. Add the masalas,garlic and ginger, dhanya and jeera powder, fish, salt then all greens.Add 6Tbs of the fish tomato sauce. Break the fish using a fork, mix through and leave on low heat for 5 mins. Leave to cool and fill samoosas.Fry the samoosas till golden and enjoy with your favourite dip and hot drink.
